Kathleen Moberg is Vice President of Student Services at Gavilan College. She oversees SSSP, Student Equity, and all Student Services at the college, including the satellite sites. As a member of the Executive team, she also facilitates project management, regulatory compliance, enrollment and fiscal management discussions and projects. She also serves on the Chancellor’s office IEPI Enrollment Management Task Force, is Secretary on the CSSO Executive Board, Co-Chair of the ACCCA Great Deans program, and has served on an IEPI PRT. Prior to coming to Gavilan, she was Dean of Admissions and Records at De Anza College where she led the Student Banner implementation and increased enrollment of underrepresented students by expanding outreach to over 72 high schools and hosting innovative recruitment events for target populations. Kathleen also served as Director of Admissions and Records at Evergreen Valley College. She was English faculty at Cabrillo College for 11 years, and prior to that served as Director of MBA Administrative Services at Santa Clara University.
